The sessions are designed for anyone and any runner looking to improve their 5K–10K speed. Whether you're newer to structured training or already racing frequently, you can run the efforts at your own level through our lane split system and improve no matter what.

Not at all. Everyone runs the same workout but at their own pace, so runners naturally spread out and no one gets left behind.

Prior to joining the club, you will fill out a questionnaire regarding your current 5K/10K fitness. Through this and some other calculations, we will figure out your best splits ahead of each workout so you’re never guessing what you’re doing on any night.

We meet at QEII Stadiuem in Enfield, North London (EN1 3PL) @ 7-8PM every wednesday. Pictures and videos can be sent to you upon request in case you’d like some help finding the entrance gate.
